IS PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE AND SECURE?
We at The Gentlemen Bar take our customer's privacy very seriously. We do not sell our customer's private information, which includes email, address, and credit card information. We use Paypal to handle all online transactions. Therefore we do not store any of your personal information. So rest assured, your private information is safe with us.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do ship internationally for a fee of 10 dollars for the first item, and 1 dollar for each additional item.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your product, you can return or exchange it as long as it is unworn, in new condition, in the original packaging, and postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Please include your packing slip or purchase confirmation with your returned product.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
U.S. Domestic shipping typically takes 2 to 5 days to reach our customers. Please allow a little more time for international orders. Orders received before 1pm PST will likely be shipped out the same day.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
If you receive a defective product please contact us immediately via email and we will happily send you a new one free of charge.
